The first call to submit documents of the Company’s shares for the purpose of their dematerialization
Manager of the Skoczów Hat Factory Polkap S.A. in restructuring with its registered office in Skoczów („Company”), acting pursuant to art. 16 of the Act of August 30, 2019 amending the Act – Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798, as amended), hereby calls on all shareholders of the Company holding shares issued in the form of documents to be submitted to the Company for dematerialization and registration with the National Depository for Securities S.A.
At the same time, the Company’s Manager informs that the binding force of the share documents issued by the Company expires on March 1, 2021. The share document retains the evidential value only to the extent that the shareholder demonstrates to the Company that he is entitled to share rights, for a period of five years from the date of entry into force of the above-mentioned document. of the act.
The call is the first of the five mandatory calls provided for by the regulations. Subsequent calls will be published by the Company at intervals not longer than one month and not shorter than two weeks each.
Share certificates should be submitted, against written confirmation, at the Company’s registered office at ul. Powstańców Śląskich 1, 43-430 Skoczów, on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00.
